
Japanese Brown Rice Porridge

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Brown Rice
- 4 cups Water
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 2 stalks Green Onions
- 100 grams Tofu
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
Instructions:
- Rinse the brown rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Combine the rice, water, and salt in a large pot.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low and cover the pot.
- Let the rice simmer for about 50 minutes, or until it's tender and the water has been absorbed.
- While the rice is cooking, chop the green onions and dice the tofu.
- When the rice is done, stir in the tofu and soy sauce.
- Serve the porridge hot, garnished with the green onions and sesame seeds.
