Instructions:
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.

- Add the pork belly strips to the pan, cooking until crispy and thoroughly cooked.
- Add the soy sauce and mirin to the pan, stirring into the pork.
- Allow the sauce to simmer until it has reduced, ensuring the pork is well coated.
- Plate the cooked rice, topping with the pork and its sauce.
