
Japanese Beef Tataki Bites

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Beef tenderloin
- 100 ml Soy sauce
- 50 ml Mirin
- 1 whole Lemon, juiced
- 100 grams Daikon radish (grated)
- 2 whole Spring onions
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
Instructions:
- Freeze the beef for an hour, then slice thinly.
- Mix the soy sauce, mirin, lemon juice and ginger together to form a marinade.
- Pour the marinade over the beef and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Heat a griddle pan to high heat and sear the beef slices quickly on each side.
- Serve the beef on small plates, topped with a sprinkle of spring onion and a side of grated daikon radish.
