
Italian Tutti Frutti Pizza

Ingredients:
- 1 ball Pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded Low moisture mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 3 sliced Figs
- 1 thinly sliced Pears
- 6 slices Prosciutto
- A handful Arugula
- 2 tablespoons Blue cheese crumbles
- 1 drizzle Honey
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F (232 degrees C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven as it preheats.
- Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface. Aim for a 12-inch diameter circle.
- Lightly brush the dough with 1 tablespoon of the olive oil.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Arrange the sliced figs and pears over the cheese. Lay the prosciutto slices on top.
- Carefully transfer the pizza to the oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and starting to brown.
- Remove the pizza from the oven. Top with the handful of arugula and sprinkle over the blue cheese crumbles.
- Drizzle with the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil and a generous amount of honey.
- Slice and serve immediately.
