Italian Tutti Frutti Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 ball Pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded Low moisture mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 sliced Figs
  • 1 thinly sliced Pears
  • 6 slices Prosciutto
  • A handful Arugula
  • 2 tablespoons Blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 drizzle Honey

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F (232 degrees C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven as it preheats.
  2. Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface. Aim for a 12-inch diameter circle.
  3. Lightly brush the dough with 1 tablespoon of the olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  5. Arrange the sliced figs and pears over the cheese. Lay the prosciutto slices on top.
  6. Carefully transfer the pizza to the oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and starting to brown.
  7. Remove the pizza from the oven. Top with the handful of arugula and sprinkle over the blue cheese crumbles.
  8. Drizzle with the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil and a generous amount of honey.
  9. Slice and serve immediately.
