
Italian Sunrise Chicken

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Boneless chicken breasts
- 2 Teaspoons Fresh rosemary
- 3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic cloves
- 4 pieces Fresh Roma tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Black olives
- 1 Tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- To taste Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the chicken breasts.
- Mince the garlic cloves and sprinkle over the chickens. Also, sprinkle fresh rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the Roma tomatoes, and arrange them over the chicken. Spread the black olives evenly.
- Drizzle the remaining olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the chicken and tomatoes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, or until chicken is cooked thoroughly and juices run clear.
- Serve the dish hot with a side of your choice.
