
Italian Summer Chicken Bake

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 bunch Fresh basil
- 300 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 200 grams Mozzarella cheese
- to taste Salt
- to taste Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 392°F).
- Marinate the chicken breasts in olive oil, crushed garlic, salt, and black pepper for 15 minutes.
- Place the marinated chicken in a baking dish and sprinkle chopped basil over it.
- Add cherry tomatoes around the chickens in the dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
- Take it out from the oven, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the chickens and put it back to the oven.
- Bake for another 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
