
Italian Style Healthy Grilled Pork Skewers

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Pork loin
- 2 whole Bell peppers
- 1 whole Zucchini
- 1.5 tablespoons Italian Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- 8 pieces Wooden skewers
Instructions:
- 1. Preheat your grill to a medium heat.
- 2. Cut the pork loin into equal size cubes that will fit on your skewer.
- 3. Slice the bell peppers and zucchini into pieces that will fit on your skewer.
- 4. In a large bowl, toss pork, vegetables, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper together.
- 5. Thread the pork and vegetables onto the skewers.
- 6. Grill skewers for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until vegetables are tender and pork is cooked throughout.
- 7. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy your healthy and delicious Italian style grilled pork skewers.
