
Italian Style Baked Fish Snack

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Fresh White Fish Fillets
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 handful Fresh Basil Leaves
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Rub the fish fillets with olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place the fish onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Scatter the cherry tomatoes and torn basil leaves around the fish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
