Italian Style Baked Fish Snack

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces Fresh White Fish Fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 handful Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit).
  2. Rub the fish fillets with olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the fish onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Scatter the cherry tomatoes and torn basil leaves around the fish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
