Italian Spicy Beef & Peppers Omelette

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Beef strips
  • 4 unit Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 unit Red bell pepper
  • 1 unit Yellow bell pepper
  • 1 unit Green bell pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 unit Red chili pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cut the beef strips into bite-sized pieces. Dice the bell peppers, garlic, and red chili pepper.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil. Once the oil is hot add the garlic and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add the beef strips to the skillet and cook until browned, after which add the Italian seasoning.
  4. Pour in the diced bell peppers and continue to sauté until they are softened.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, salt, and pepper together. Add the red chili to the eggs for the spice, and stir well.
  6. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet over the beef and peppers. Allow the mixture to cook until the eggs are almost set, then flip the omelette over and cook the other side until golden.
  7. Serve the omelette hot with some fresh Italian bread on the side. Enjoy!
