
Italian Seafood Linguine

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Linguine
- 400 grams Mixed seafood
- 2 pieces Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 150 ml White wine
- 400 grams Chopped tomatoes
- Handful As per taste Fresh parsley
- To taste As per taste Salt
- To taste As per taste Pepper
Instructions:
- 1. Cook the linguine in a large pan of boiling, salted water until al dente.
- 2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in another pan over medium heat and saute the garlic until it's slightly golden.
- 3. Add the mixed seafood to the pan, stirring regularly.
- 4. Pour in the white wine and let it cook for a few minutes to allow the alcohol to evaporate.
- 5. Add the chopped tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens up a bit.
- 6. Drain the linguine and add it to the pan with the sauce. Stir everything together for a minute or so until the pasta is well coated in the sauce.
- 7. Serve hot, topped with a sprinkle of fresh chopped parsley.
