Italian Seafood Linguine

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams Linguine
  • 400 grams Mixed seafood
  • 2 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 150 ml White wine
  • 400 grams Chopped tomatoes
  • Handful As per taste Fresh parsley
  • To taste As per taste Salt
  • To taste As per taste Pepper

Instructions:

  1. 1. Cook the linguine in a large pan of boiling, salted water until al dente.
  2. 2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in another pan over medium heat and saute the garlic until it's slightly golden.
  3. 3. Add the mixed seafood to the pan, stirring regularly.
  4. 4. Pour in the white wine and let it cook for a few minutes to allow the alcohol to evaporate.
  5. 5. Add the chopped tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens up a bit.
  6. 6. Drain the linguine and add it to the pan with the sauce. Stir everything together for a minute or so until the pasta is well coated in the sauce.
  7. 7. Serve hot, topped with a sprinkle of fresh chopped parsley.
