Italian Pork Calzones

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Pizza dough
- 1 lb Ground pork
- 1/2 cup Ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook ground pork until it's browned. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Roll out the pizza dough and cut into 6 equal pieces. Fill each piece with equal parts of cooked pork, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and tomato sauce.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges together to seal. Place the calzones on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the calzones are golden brown.
- Serve hot with extra tomato sauce for dipping.
