
Italian Pork Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Pork sausage
- 6 slices Italian bread
- 1.5 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 Eggs
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons chopped Fresh basil
- 1 medium sliced Tomato
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Brown the pork sausage in a skillet over medium heat, then set it aside.
- Cut the Italian bread into one-inch cubes and place them in a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the bread.
- In a bowl, beat together the eggs, milk, and Italian seasoning. Pour this mixture over the bread and cheese in the casserole dish.
- Spread the browned sausage over the egg mixture, then top with the sliced tomato and fresh basil.
- Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, or until the eggs are set. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
