
Italian Lemon Chicken

Ingredients:
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1/4 cup Freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
- 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley
Instructions:
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Dredge each breast in the flour and shake off excess.
- In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium high heat. Add the chicken and cook until brown, about 5 minutes each side. Remove the chicken from pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the garlic and cook until fragrant. Then, add the chicken broth, lemon juice, and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the pan and simmer in the sauce for 5 minutes. Check if the chicken is cooked through.
- Add butter to the pan and stir it into the sauce until it's melted.
- Serve the chicken with sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.
