
Italian Herb-Roasted Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:
- 1 piece Pork tenderloin
- 2 tbs Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp Dried rosemary
- 1 tsp Dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Ground black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Rub the pork tenderloin with olive oil. Mix garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Rub the mixture onto the pork.
- Place pork on a roasting tray. Roast in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
- Let the pork rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
