
Italian Fruit Bruschetta

Ingredients:
- 1 whole Baguette
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 cups Fruits (strawberries, peaches, cherries)
- to taste Honey
- 1 cup Mascarpone cheese
- 1 handful Fresh mint leaves
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Cut the baguette into 1/2 inch slices and arrange on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle the slices with olive oil. Bake in the preheated oven until toasted, about 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cut the fruits into small pieces and mix with honey.
- Spread a layer of mascarpone cheese on each toasted slice. Top with the fruit mixture.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
