Italian Egg Gratin

Ingredients:

  • 6 units Eggs
  • 1 cup none Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup none Heavy cream
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon none Italian seasoning
  • to taste none Salt and pepper
  • A handful none Fresh basil leaves

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased gratin dish.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and set.
  5. Allow to rest for a few minutes before cutting into pieces.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
