
Italian Egg Gratin

Ingredients:
- 6 units Eggs
- 1 cup none Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup none Heavy cream
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon none Italian seasoning
- to taste none Salt and pepper
- A handful none Fresh basil leaves
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased gratin dish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and set.
- Allow to rest for a few minutes before cutting into pieces.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
