
Italian Egg Frittata Snack

Ingredients:
- 6 units Eggs
- 1/2 cup Chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 cup Chopped onion
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasonings
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, beat the eggs with the Italian seasonings, salt, and pepper.
- In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add onions and bell peppers, and sauté until they are soft.
- Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables in the skillet. Cook until the edges start to pull away from the pan.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top of the egg mixture.
- Place the skillet in a preheated oven (350°F or 175°C) and bake until the eggs are set, for about 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for few minutes.
- Cut into wedges and serve warm or at room temperature.
