
Italian Comfort Egg Bruschetta

Ingredients:
- 4 whole Eggs
- 1 whole Baguette
- 1 small bunch Fresh Basil Leaves
- 4 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 whole Garlic Cloves
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Slice the baguette into 1-inch thick pieces and set aside.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Crack the eggs into the pan and cook to your preferred level.
- While eggs are cooking, toast the baguette slices until golden brown.
- Rub each slice of toasted baguette with a garlic clove for flavor.
- Once eggs are done, place one on each slice of baguette.
- Sprinkle each egg with salt and pepper.
- Chop the basil leaves and sprinkle on top of each bruschetta.
- Drizzle the remaining olive oil over each bruschetta before serving as a comforting Italian snack.
