Italian Chicken Skewers

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces Boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 piece Red bell pepper
  • 1 piece Zucchini
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cut the chicken into 1-inch pieces and place them in a bowl.
  2. Add the olive oil, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Toss until the chicken is well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. While the chicken is marinating, cut the red bell pepper and zucchini into 1-inch pieces.
  4. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  5. Thread the chicken, bell pepper, and zucchini onto skewers, alternating between each ingredient.
  6. Grill the skewers for about 5 to 7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
  7. Serve the Italian Chicken Skewers hot with a side of your favorite dipping sauce.
