
Italian Chicken Skewers

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces Boneless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- 1 piece Red bell pepper
- 1 piece Zucchini
- to taste Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Cut the chicken into 1-inch pieces and place them in a bowl.
- Add the olive oil, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Toss until the chicken is well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- While the chicken is marinating, cut the red bell pepper and zucchini into 1-inch pieces.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Thread the chicken, bell pepper, and zucchini onto skewers, alternating between each ingredient.
- Grill the skewers for about 5 to 7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Serve the Italian Chicken Skewers hot with a side of your favorite dipping sauce.
