Italian Breakfast Skillet

Ingredients:

  • 1 lbs Ground Beef
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 piece Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
  • 4 piece Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese

Instructions:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the beef to the skillet, breaking up into crumbles. Cook until the meat is browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, saute the garlic and bell pepper until tender, stirring frequently.
  4. Return the beef to the skillet. Add the Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper and stir until well combined.
  5. Make four wells in the mixture and crack an egg into each well. Cover the skillet and cook until the eggs are set to your liking.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
