
Italian Breakfast Skillet

Ingredients:
- 1 lbs Ground Beef
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 piece Red Bell Pepper
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
- 4 piece Eggs
- 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the beef to the skillet, breaking up into crumbles. Cook until the meat is browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, saute the garlic and bell pepper until tender, stirring frequently.
- Return the beef to the skillet. Add the Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper and stir until well combined.
- Make four wells in the mixture and crack an egg into each well. Cover the skillet and cook until the eggs are set to your liking.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
