
Italian Breakfast Pasta

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup Fresh basil leaves
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Instructions:
- Fill a large pot with salted water and bring it to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook until al dente.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and sauté until the garlic is fragrant.
- Crack the eggs into the skillet and scramble them with the garlic and red pepper flakes. When the eggs are nearly cooked, stir in the cooked spaghetti.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese. The heat from the pasta and eggs will melt the cheese. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Divide the pasta between two plates. Garnish with the fresh basil leaves. Serve immediately.
