
Italian Breakfast Frittata

Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 whole Red bell pepper
- 1 whole Yellow onion
- 2 whole Garlic cloves
- 1 cup Italian sausage
- 6 whole Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 Tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
- to taste Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
- Heat the olive oil over medium heat in an oven-safe skillet.
- Add the diced bell pepper and onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add the Italian sausage to the skillet and cook until no pink remains.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and veggies in the skillet, making sure it's evenly distributed.
- Sprinkle the top with the shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Place the skillet in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is nicely browned.
- Let the frittata cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
