
Italian Breakfast Cod with Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces Cod fillets
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Fresh basil leaves
- To taste Sea salt
- To taste Black pepper
Instructions:
- Start by heating olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Add the garlic to the pan and stir until it's golden brown.
- Add the cherry tomatoes, fresh basil leaves, sea salt, and black pepper to the pan. Stir the ingredients well and let them cook for about 10 minutes.
- Place the cod fillets on top of the tomato and basil mixture, cover the pan, and let it cook for about 20 minutes or until the cod is fully cooked.
- Plate your dish and garnish with additional fresh basil if desired. Serve hot and enjoy your Italian Breakfast Cod with Tomato Sauce!
