
Italian Beef Sliders

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Ground beef
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 8 Slider buns
- 1 cup Tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375° F (190° C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.
- Form 8 meatballs from the beef mixture and set them aside.
- Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Cook the meatballs until they are brown on all sides, about 6 minutes.
- Pour the tomato sauce over the meatballs in the skillet. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven. Bake for 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Divide the meatballs with sauce and cheese among the slider buns.
- Serve the Italian beef sliders warm as a delicious snack.
