Italian Beef Sliders

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 8 Slider buns
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375° F (190° C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form 8 meatballs from the beef mixture and set them aside.
  4. Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Cook the meatballs until they are brown on all sides, about 6 minutes.
  5. Pour the tomato sauce over the meatballs in the skillet. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven. Bake for 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Divide the meatballs with sauce and cheese among the slider buns.
  8. Serve the Italian beef sliders warm as a delicious snack.
