Italian Beef Gnocchi

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Beef Mince
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 large Onion
- 2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
- 400 grams Crushed Tomatoes
- 500 grams Gnocchi
- A bunch Basil
- 100 grams Parmesan Cheese
- To taste Salt and Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the beef mince and cook until browned.
- Add the finely chopped onion and minced garlic to the pan, cook until the onion is translucent.
- Mix in the tomato paste and crushed tomatoes, stir to combine.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan, and let it simmer for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- In another pan, cook the gnocchi according to package instructions, then drain.
- Add the cooked gnocchi to the beef sauce, stir to coat all the gnocchi.
- Tear the basil and stir it into the gnocchi mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the beef gnocchi hot, topped with grated parmesan cheese.
