
Italian Baked Lemon Chicken

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 3 Lemons
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 Fresh rosemary sprigs
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400° F (200° C).
- Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water and then pat them dry with paper towels.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Drizzle them with the olive oil.
- Slice two of the lemons into thin slices and squeeze the juice from the third lemon. Scatter the lemon slices over the chicken and pour the lemon juice over the top.
- Peel and slice the garlic cloves. Sprinkle them over the chicken along with the salt and pepper.
- Place the rosemary sprigs on top of the chicken.
- Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
