Italian Baked Chicken for Breakfast

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Rosemary
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes
  • a handful Fresh basil leaves

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken breasts, olive oil, rosemary, finely chopped garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until the chicken is well coated.
  3. Arrange the chicken breasts in a single layer in a baking dish. Scatter the cherry tomatoes around the chicken.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the tomatoes are soft and burst.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
