
Italian Baked Chicken for Breakfast

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Rosemary
- 3 cloves Garlic
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
- 2 cups Cherry tomatoes
- a handful Fresh basil leaves
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit).
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken breasts, olive oil, rosemary, finely chopped garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until the chicken is well coated.
- Arrange the chicken breasts in a single layer in a baking dish. Scatter the cherry tomatoes around the chicken.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the tomatoes are soft and burst.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
