Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 2 medium Tomatoes
- 10 leaves Fresh basil leaves
- To taste Salt and black pepper
Instructions:
- First, preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
- While the oven is heating, place the chicken breasts on a baking tray and drizzle them with olive oil, then sprinkle the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper on both sides.
- Next, finely chop the garlic and scatter it over the chicken.
- Cut the tomatoes into thin slices and arrange them on top of the chicken, then drizzle the entire dish with the fresh lemon juice.
- Bake it in the oven for about 30-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.
- Once it's baked, remove the tray from the oven and allow it to cool slightly. Then, garnish each chicken breast with the fresh basil leaves before serving.
