Indian Style Pork Bites

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams Boneless Pork
  • 2 tablespoons Indian Garam Masala
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil
  • Handful Fresh coriander leaves

Instructions:

  1. Clean and cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the garam masala, crushed garlic, chopped ginger, lime juice, red chili powder, salt, and black pepper powder.
  3. Add the cut pork into this marinade and mix well. Set it aside for 15-20 minutes for the pork to absorb the flavours.
  4. Heat the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated pork pieces and cook until it turns golden brown.
  5. Sprinkle a handful of fresh coriander leaves just before switching off the flame. Serve hot and enjoy!
