
Indian Style Pork Bites

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Boneless Pork
- 2 tablespoons Indian Garam Masala
- 3 cloves Garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper powder
- 2 tablespoons Coconut oil
- Handful Fresh coriander leaves
Instructions:
- Clean and cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix together the garam masala, crushed garlic, chopped ginger, lime juice, red chili powder, salt, and black pepper powder.
- Add the cut pork into this marinade and mix well. Set it aside for 15-20 minutes for the pork to absorb the flavours.
- Heat the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated pork pieces and cook until it turns golden brown.
- Sprinkle a handful of fresh coriander leaves just before switching off the flame. Serve hot and enjoy!
