
Indian Style Pasta Snack

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Pasta
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 pieces Tomato
- 1 piece Green bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- 2 tablespoons Clarified butter (ghee) or oil
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Boil pasta in salted water until it is cooked al dente. Drain and keep aside.
- In a pan, heat the clarified butter or oil. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle. Add finely chopped onions and cook until they turn transparent.
- Add chopped tomatoes and bell pepper to the pan and cook until they are soft.
- Add the red chili powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
- Next, add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix well so that the pasta is well coated with the spices.
- Cook the pasta on low heat for a few minutes until it absorbs all the flavors.
- Serve the Indian Style Pasta Snack hot. Enjoy!
