Indian Style Pasta Snack

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Pasta
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 pieces Tomato
  • 1 piece Green bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 2 tablespoons Clarified butter (ghee) or oil
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Boil pasta in salted water until it is cooked al dente. Drain and keep aside.
  2. In a pan, heat the clarified butter or oil. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle. Add finely chopped onions and cook until they turn transparent.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and bell pepper to the pan and cook until they are soft.
  4. Add the red chili powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
  5. Next, add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix well so that the pasta is well coated with the spices.
  6. Cook the pasta on low heat for a few minutes until it absorbs all the flavors.
  7. Serve the Indian Style Pasta Snack hot. Enjoy!
