
Indian Style Masala Pasta

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Pasta
- 1 cup Chopped onions
- 1 cup Chopped tomatoes
- 1 Green Bell Pepper
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1/2 cup Green peas
- 1/2 cup Sweet corn
- 1 teaspoon Grated garlic
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
- to taste Salt
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- 1. Boil the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, drain, and set aside.
- 2. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, and sauté the chopped onions and garlic until they start to brown.
- 3. Add the chopped tomatoes, green and red bell peppers to the pan, and cook until they are soft and wilting.
- 4. Stir in the green peas and sweet corn, and continue to cook for a few minutes.
- 5. Mix in the garam masala, red chili powder, and turmeric, and cook until the spices are well-blended into the vegetables.
- 6. Add the cooked pasta to the pan, and toss it gently with the vegetables and spices until it is well-coated in the masala.
- 7. Season with salt, garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
