Indian Style Masala Egg Scramble

Ingredients:

  • 4 items Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 1 medium size, finely chopped Onion
  • 1 medium size, finely chopped Tomato
  • 2 finely chopped Green chili
  • 1 inch, grated Fresh Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
  • a handful chopped Cilantro
  • to taste Salt

Instructions:

  1. 1. Beat the eggs in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. 2. In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the onions, green chili, and ginger. Saute until the onions are soft and transparent.
  3. 3. Add the chopped tomatoes to the pan, mix well.
  4. 4. Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Stir well for about 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes are cooked and the spices are well blended.
  5. 5. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and stir continuously. Keep stirring until the eggs are cooked to your desired level of firmness.
  6. 6. Once the eggs are done, switch off the heat. Sprinkle chopped cilantro on top.
  7. 7. Healthy Indian Style Masala Egg Scramble is ready to be served.
