
Indian Style Masala Egg Scramble

Ingredients:
- 4 items Eggs
- 2 tbsp Cooking oil
- 1 medium size, finely chopped Onion
- 1 medium size, finely chopped Tomato
- 2 finely chopped Green chili
- 1 inch, grated Fresh Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
- a handful chopped Cilantro
- to taste Salt
Instructions:
- 1. Beat the eggs in a bowl. Set aside.
- 2. In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the onions, green chili, and ginger. Saute until the onions are soft and transparent.
- 3. Add the chopped tomatoes to the pan, mix well.
- 4. Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Stir well for about 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes are cooked and the spices are well blended.
- 5. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and stir continuously. Keep stirring until the eggs are cooked to your desired level of firmness.
- 6. Once the eggs are done, switch off the heat. Sprinkle chopped cilantro on top.
- 7. Healthy Indian Style Masala Egg Scramble is ready to be served.
