
Indian Style Healthy Pasta

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Whole Wheat Pasta
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 cup, chopped Onions
- 1 cup, chopped Green bell pepper
- 1 cup, chopped Tomatoes
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 inch, grated Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chili powder
- to taste Salt
- handful chopped Fresh coriander
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente.
- In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions, green bell pepper, and garlic, and sauté until they are soft.
- Add the tomatoes, ginger, garam masala, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Cook for about 5 minutes, until the tomatoes are soft.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pan and stir well to combine. Season with salt.
- Serve the pasta garnished with chopped fresh coriander.
