Indian Style Healthy Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Whole Wheat Pasta
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 cup, chopped Onions
  • 1 cup, chopped Green bell pepper
  • 1 cup, chopped Tomatoes
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 inch, grated Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • to taste Salt
  • handful chopped Fresh coriander

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente.
  2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions, green bell pepper, and garlic, and sauté until they are soft.
  3. Add the tomatoes, ginger, garam masala, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Cook for about 5 minutes, until the tomatoes are soft.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and stir well to combine. Season with salt.
  5. Serve the pasta garnished with chopped fresh coriander.
