Indian Style Grilled Seafood Platter

Ingredients:

  • 8 whole King prawns
  • 200 grams Squid rings
  • 8 whole Fresh scallops
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
  • 2 whole Garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chilli powder
  • to taste Salt
  • as needed Vegetable Oil

Instructions:

  1. 1. Clean the seafood and pat dry them.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine lemon juice, crushed garlic, chopped coriander, turmeric, chilli, and salt. Mix it to form a marinade.
  3. 3. Toss the seafood in the marinade. Ensure all pieces are well-coated. Marinate the seafood for at least 15-20 minutes.
  4. 4. Preheat the grill on medium heat.
  5. 5. Carefully arrange the marinated seafood on the grill and apply some oil. Grill each side for about 3-5 minutes until the seafood is cooked and turned slightly charred.
  6. 6. Once done, remove your seafood platter from the grill and serve hot. You can serve it with lemon wedges and some spicy Indian chutney.
