Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Cubed mixed fruits
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. 1. In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of cubed mixed fruits. You can use any fruits of your choice like apple, banana, pomegranate, grapes, pineapple, etc.
  2. 2. Add 1 teaspoon of chaat masala, 1/2 teaspoon of black salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of roasted cumin powder to the fruits.
  3. 3. Mix well so that the spices coat all the fruits properly.
  4. 4. Add 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh mint leaves for a refreshing flavor.
  5. 5. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of lemon juice over the fruits and mix again.
  6. 6. Your delicious Indian-Style Fruit Chaat is ready to serve. You can refrigerate it for a while or enjoy it immediately.
