
Indian Style Egg Curry

Ingredients:
- 4 units Eggs
- 2 medium size Onions
- 2 medium size Tomatoes
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 inch Ginger
- 2 medium size Green Chillies
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoon Oil
Instructions:
- Boil the eggs, peel and keep them aside.
- Chop onions, tomatoes, garlic, ginger and green chillies.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and saute until golden brown.
- Next, add chopped tomatoes, garlic, ginger and green chillies. Saute until tomatoes are cooked well.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt. Mix well.
- Add a little water and let it simmer for a couple of minutes.
- Finally, add the boiled eggs and garam masala. Mix well and simmer for another 5 minutes.
