Indian Style Egg Curry

Ingredients:

  • 4 units Eggs
  • 2 medium size Onions
  • 2 medium size Tomatoes
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 2 medium size Green Chillies
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil

Instructions:

  1. Boil the eggs, peel and keep them aside.
  2. Chop onions, tomatoes, garlic, ginger and green chillies.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and saute until golden brown.
  4. Next, add chopped tomatoes, garlic, ginger and green chillies. Saute until tomatoes are cooked well.
  5. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt. Mix well.
  6. Add a little water and let it simmer for a couple of minutes.
  7. Finally, add the boiled eggs and garam masala. Mix well and simmer for another 5 minutes.
