
Indian Style Breakfast Pasta

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Pasta
- 1 large, finely chopped Onion
- 2 medium, finely chopped Tomatoes
- 1 medium, finely chopped Green bell pepper
- 1 grated Carrot
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- for garnish chopped Fresh coriander leaves
Instructions:
- Boil the pasta according to package instructions until it's al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
- Add the chopped onion to the pan and fry until it becomes translucent.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, green bell pepper, and grated carrot to the pan. Cook until the vegetables are soft.
- Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, and salt to the pan. Stir well to combine.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pan with the spices and vegetables. Toss well to ensure that the pasta is well coated with the spices.
- Cook for a few more minutes until the pasta is heated through.
- Serve the pasta hot, garnished with fresh coriander leaves.
