Ingredients:
- 4 pieces White fish fillets
- 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- A handful chopped Fresh coriander leaves
- To taste Salt
Instructions:
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Clean the fish fillets and pat dry.
- 3. In a bowl, mix ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, black pepper, lemon juice, and salt.
- 4. Rub this spice mixture on the fish fillets, ensuring they're fully coated. Let them marinate for about 10 minutes.
- 5. Place the marinated fillets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Drizzle olive oil over the fish.
- 6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
- 7. Serve the baked fish sprinkled with fresh coriander leaves. Enjoy it as a healthy and delicious Indian snack!
