Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces White fish fillets
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • A handful chopped Fresh coriander leaves
  • To taste Salt

Instructions:

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2. Clean the fish fillets and pat dry.
  3. 3. In a bowl, mix ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, black pepper, lemon juice, and salt.
  4. 4. Rub this spice mixture on the fish fillets, ensuring they're fully coated. Let them marinate for about 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Place the marinated fillets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Drizzle olive oil over the fish.
  6. 6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
  7. 7. Serve the baked fish sprinkled with fresh coriander leaves. Enjoy it as a healthy and delicious Indian snack!
