
Indian Spicy Fish Curry

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Fish fillets
- 1 large Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon tablespoon Grated ginger
- 2 large Tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon teaspoon Red chili powder
- 1 tablespoon tablespoon Coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon teaspoon Garam masala powder
- to taste Salt
- 3 tablespoon tablespoon Oil
- a handful Fresh coriander leaves
- as needed Water
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions until golden brown.
- Add in the garlic and ginger, and fry for another minute.
- Add tomatoes, salt, and all the spices. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
- Add fish fillets to the pan, and gently stir to coat the fish in the masala.
- Pour in enough water to barely cover the fish. Cover the pan and simmer for about 10-15 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
- Serve your Spicy Indian Fish Curry with steamed rice for a hearty breakfast.
