
Indian Spiced Pork Snacks

Ingredients:
- 500 grams pork
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- to taste salt
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 inch piece ginger
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine the turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt.
- Crush the garlic cloves and ginger into a paste.
- Add the paste to the bowl and mix well to make a marinade.
- Add the pork to the marinade, make sure all the pieces are well coated. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated pork pieces.
- Cook until the pork is fully cooked and the spices are well incorporated, this should take about 15 minutes.
- Serve hot as a delicious Indian spiced pork snack.
