Indian Spiced Pork Roast

Ingredients:
- 1 kg Pork roast
- 6 Garlic cloves
- 1 inch Ginger
- 1 Teaspoon Ground turmeric
- 2 Teaspoons Ground cumin
- 2 Teaspoons Ground coriander
- 1 Teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon juice
- To taste Salt
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius.
- In a blender or food processor, combine the garlic, ginger, ground spices, lemon juice and salt.
- Blend until you have a smooth paste.
- Spread the paste all over the pork roast, making sure that it is well covered.
- Place the pork in a roasting pan.
- Roast for about 1.5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 63 degrees celsius.
- Let the pork rest for a few minutes before carving and serving.
