Indian Spiced Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 4 unit Boneless Pork Chops
  • 1/2 cup Plain Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 unit Lime
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together yogurt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chili powder, garam masala, salt and pepper to form a marinade.
  2. Add the pork chops to the marinade and ensure they are well coated. Let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat your skillet or grill over medium heat and grease it with oil. Once heated, cook the marinated pork chops for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  4. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the pork chops before serving, and garnish with fresh coriander leaves if desired.
  5. Serve warm with a side of fresh salad or sautéed vegetables for a comforting and flavorful meal.
