Indian Spiced Pork Chops

Ingredients:
- 4 unit Boneless Pork Chops
- 1/2 cup Plain Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 unit Lime
- 2 tbsp Oil
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix together yogurt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chili powder, garam masala, salt and pepper to form a marinade.
- Add the pork chops to the marinade and ensure they are well coated. Let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat your skillet or grill over medium heat and grease it with oil. Once heated, cook the marinated pork chops for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Squeeze fresh lime juice over the pork chops before serving, and garnish with fresh coriander leaves if desired.
- Serve warm with a side of fresh salad or sautéed vegetables for a comforting and flavorful meal.
