
Indian Spiced Pasta

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Pasta (fusilli or penne)
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 large Onion
- 2 large Garlic cloves
- 1 Green chili
- 2 cups Freshly chopped tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
- 1 cup Cooking cream
- handful Fresh coriander leaves
- to taste Salt
Instructions:
- On high heat, boil water in a large pot. Add enough salt and pasta, cook until it is al dente. Drain the pasta and rinse with cold water, keep it aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Add finely chopped onions, garlic, and green chili. Sauté until onion becomes translucent.
- Add chopped tomatoes into the pan and cook until it becomes mushy.
- Add garam masala, turmeric, and red chili powder. Mix well and cook for a few minutes until the spices are well combined.
- Add the cooking cream and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes on low heat.
- Add the cooked pasta into the pan and mix well, ensuring the pasta is fully coated with the spices and cream.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
