
Indian Spiced Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger, finely grated
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 4 wedges Lemon wedges
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, garlic, ginger, turmeric, chili, and coriander.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the shrimp mixture and toss well to coat.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over high heat.
- Thread the shrimp onto skewers.
- Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, until they are opaque and cooked through.
- Serve the shrimp hot, garnished with lemon wedges.
