Indian Spiced Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger, finely grated
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 wedges Lemon wedges

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, garlic, ginger, turmeric, chili, and coriander.
  2. Drizzle the olive oil over the shrimp mixture and toss well to coat.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over high heat.
  4. Thread the shrimp onto skewers.
  5. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, until they are opaque and cooked through.
  6. Serve the shrimp hot, garnished with lemon wedges.
