
Indian Spiced Grilled Fish

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces Fish fillets
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 inch piece Ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- a handful Fresh coriander leaves
- 2 pieces Lemon wedges
Instructions:
- Clean and pat dry the fish fillets.
- In a bowl, add lemon juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to form a paste.
- Rub this spice paste evenly over the fish fillets. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a grill pan over medium heat.
- Place the marinated fish fillets in the pan and grill each side for about 5-7 minutes or until it's cooked through and the outside is crispy. Be gentle while flipping the fish to prevent it from breaking.
- Garnish the grilled fish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve it hot with lemon wedges on the side.
