Ingredients:
- 2 cups Mixed Berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
- 1 large Banana
- 1 large Orange
- 1 medium Mango
- 1/4 cup Fresh Mint Leaves
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cumin
Instructions:
- Clean and cut all the fruits into bite-sized pieces and put them in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, combine the honey, lemon juice, grated ginger, ground cardamom, and cumin together.
- Drizzle this dressing over the fruits and gently toss until the fruit is evenly coated.
- Garnish with freshly chopped mint leaves.
