Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Mixed Berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
  • 1 large Banana
  • 1 large Orange
  • 1 medium Mango
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cumin

Instructions:

  1. Clean and cut all the fruits into bite-sized pieces and put them in a large bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the honey, lemon juice, grated ginger, ground cardamom, and cumin together.
  3. Drizzle this dressing over the fruits and gently toss until the fruit is evenly coated.
  4. Garnish with freshly chopped mint leaves.
  5. Refrigerate the salad for about an hour before serving to let the flavors meld together.
  6. Serve it chilled as a refreshing and healthy addition to your dinner.
