
Indian Spiced Fish Tacos

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces Fish fillets
- 4 pieces Taco shells
- 1 Medium onion
- 2 pieces Garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- half Lemon
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
- 1 bunch Cilantro
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
Instructions:
- Chop the onion and garlic finely.
- Mix the turmeric, cumin, coriander, and chili powder in a small bowl.
- Lightly coat the fish with the mixed spices, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the fish until it's done. Squeeze the lemon juice on top of the fish during the last minute of cooking.
- In the same pan, sauté the chopped onion and garlic until they become translucent.
- To assemble the tacos, place the fish on a taco shell, top with the sautéed onion and garlic, and garnish with fresh cilantro.
- Repeat the process for the remaining tacos.
- Serve immediately while hot.
