
Indian Shrimp Masala

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Shrimp
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 1 large Onion
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- For garnishing Cilantro
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a wok or frying pan on medium heat.
- Chop the onion and garlic cloves, add to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until the onions turn golden brown.
- Chop tomatoes and add them to the pan. Cook until tomatoes are soft and well-cooked. This may take about 3-4 minutes.
- Add all the dry spices (turmeric, chili and coriander powders) and salt to the pan and mix them well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add the shrimp to the pan. Mix everything together so that the shrimp is well coated with the masala. Cook until shrimp turn pink. This might take 5-7 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving. Enjoy your quick and easy Indian Shrimp Masala.
