
Indian Prawn Curry for Midnight Cravings

Ingredients:
- 10 numbers Large Prawns
- 2 tablespoon Mustard Oil
- 1 large Onion
- 1 large Tomato
- 5 numbers Garlic cloves
- 2 numbers Green chilli
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon Lemon
- handful Fresh coriander leaves
Instructions:
- Clean the prawns and marinate them with salt, turmeric, and lemon juice. Set them aside for 10 minutes.
- Heat the mustard oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Slice the onions, tomatoes, and chillies finely. Crush the garlic cloves.
- Saute the onions until golden brown. Then, add the crushed garlic and green chillies. Cook until the garlic is fragrant.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they're mushy and well combined with the onions.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and coriander powder. Saute for a couple of minutes.
- Add the marinated prawns. Cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes, or until the prawns are cooked through.
- Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
