Indian Prawn Curry for Midnight Cravings

Ingredients:

  • 10 numbers Large Prawns
  • 2 tablespoon Mustard Oil
  • 1 large Onion
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 5 numbers Garlic cloves
  • 2 numbers Green chilli
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon
  • handful Fresh coriander leaves

Instructions:

  1. Clean the prawns and marinate them with salt, turmeric, and lemon juice. Set them aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat the mustard oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Slice the onions, tomatoes, and chillies finely. Crush the garlic cloves.
  4. Saute the onions until golden brown. Then, add the crushed garlic and green chillies. Cook until the garlic is fragrant.
  5. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they're mushy and well combined with the onions.
  6. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and coriander powder. Saute for a couple of minutes.
  7. Add the marinated prawns. Cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes, or until the prawns are cooked through.
  8. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy your midnight cravings with this light and flavor-packed Indian Prawn Curry.
