
Indian Pork Curry for Breakfast

Ingredients:
- 1 kg Pork
- 2 pieces Onions
- 4 pieces Garlic Cloves
- 1 inch piece Ginger
- 2 pieces Tomatoes
- 2 pieces Green Chilies
- 10 leaves Curry Leaves
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 2 tbsp Curry Powder
- to taste Salt
- 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Instructions:
- Clean and cut the pork into medium size pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add curry leaves and green chilies.
- Add finely chopped onions and sauté till they become golden. Add crushed ginger and garlic and sauté on low flame for 2 mins.
- Add chopped tomatoes and sauté till they become mushy.
- Add turmeric powder, curry powder, and salt. Sauté on low flame for 2 min.
- Add pork pieces and coat them well with the masala. Cover and cook on a low flame for about 30 mins or until the pork is done.
- Serve your Indian Pork Curry with some warm Indian bread like roti or naan and enjoy your comforting and hearty breakfast.
